Since launching in 2014, we have quickly established ourselves amongst the leading craft breweries in
the country. We are focused on producing high quality, consistent beer from hop forward pales through
to innovative, boundary pushing experimental beers. These are some of the highest rated beers in the
UK. Our journey has seen us expand capacity and revenue year on year, be invited to beer festivals all
over the world and to collaborate with the leading breweries in craft beer.
Our recent expansion has delivered a state of the art brewing facility and beautiful taproom in central
Manchester. We are now looking for a Head of Sales to join us on the next step…
THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Sales to work with key stakeholders to manage and expand our UK
trade and export business. Working closely with wholesale partners and key stakeholders, you will
collaborate to support and develop the business plan to win new business and service existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support and input into the sales strategy with a focus on growth and profitability
• Grow sales profitably via targeting and gaining new accounts locally and UK wide
• Grow export distribution and develop relationships with existing export partners
• Work e ectively with the brewery on production forecasts and new releases
• Manage customer forecasting, orders, and pre-orders of new releases
• Liaise with key stakeholders in marketing, logistics and warehouse
• Review trade revenue and margin with all stakeholders
• Actively build and maintain a network of key customers
• Support trade events
• Work with our CRM system
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven ability to hit targets within a sales role
• Proven track record of working independently and delivering results
• Self-motivated, and able to manage time and workload to optimise effectiveness
• Ability to set and work toward forecasts and budgets
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
• Ability to align team members around organisational strategy
• Highly organised with a can-do attitude
• Understanding of the beer export market and processes involved
• Well connected to key figures within the trade and Industry
• Genuine interest and understanding of the craft beer market
