A more hop-forward version of a traditional Amber Ale, with a smooth caramel malt presence backed by an assertive bitterness. We get sweet caramel, burnt toffee, bitter orange and dark fruits.
Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)
Pour without venting (it will be lively)
As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.
Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.

THIS BEER CONTAINS LIVE YEAST SO NEEDS TO BE ALLOWED TO NATURALLY SETTLE. CONSUME WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. KEEP AT (OR AS CLOSE TO) 8°C.
