Simcoe, Chinook & Columbus. We think these three are a pretty iconic trio when it comes to West Coast beers. Pine, and marmalade on the aroma and a gorgeous balanced bitterness on the finish - just like our favourites which got us into loving the beers we still love creating today.
Our Method
Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)
Pour without venting (it will be lively)
As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.
Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.

THIS BEER CONTAINS LIVE YEAST SO NEEDS TO BE ALLOWED TO NATURALLY SETTLE. CONSUME WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. KEEP AT (OR AS CLOSE TO) 8°C.
Our Mini Casks have an unopened shelf life of 3 months from the packaging date.
