Carmine Skies w/ Five Points | Red Ale w/ Fresh Hop Goldings (Hukins Hops) | 4.8% | 5L Mini Cask

Packaged Date: 28/09/26

(Please note - all mini casks undergo conditioning in-house after the packaging date before releasing so that the beer is at the optimum quality)

Our first ever fresh hop beer in collaboration with another brewery, and who better than with Five Points? They've long celebrated the magic of using hops fresh from the field, and with their own Red Ale arguably now holding legendary status in the modern UK beer world, we knew exactly what we wanted to brew with them. A complex six-malt bill gets the colour bob-on, adding caramel sweetness alongside delicate toast and spice. Fresh Goldings hops from Hukins in the boil and whirlpool adds complex lavender, honey and grassy notes, and a well rounded bitterness.

Our Method

1. Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)
2. Pour without venting (it will be lively)
3. As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.
4. Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.

5. Enjoy!
