This limited edition Sonoma is brewed with our hand selected Citra®, Mosaic® and Centennial, then dry hopped with Mosaic® Cryo Fresh™. Yakima Chief Hops® Cryo Fresh™ hop pellets derive from the concentrated lupulin of fresh whole-cone hops, preserving the vibrant flavours and aromas of freshly harvested hops. If our Cultivate CY25 Edition is like listening to Sonoma on vinyl, this is like seeing Sonoma live!

 

Our Method

  1. Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)
  2. Pour without venting (it will be lively)
  3. As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.
  4. Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.
  5. Enjoy!

Our Mini Casks have an unopened shelf life of 3 months from the packaging date.
