We will run a normal service where possible, but please be aware that all couriers nationwide will be extremely busy, and deliveries will potentially be delayed during this period. Please allow an extra 48 hours to receive orders.
Shipping Via Courier:
We highly recommend ordering before the 18th of December to allow time for your parcels to arrive by courier for Christmas day, although due to potential backlogs within the courier network, we can't guarantee the exact delivery date of your parcel. Our deadline to order for pre-Christmas delivery is 12pm on the 22nd of December - however this is at your own risk and your order may not arrive in time if there are backlogs within your local depot!
We will be dispatching orders on the 23rd of December, however there is no guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas. Any orders placed after this date will not be dispatched until the 29th of December at the earliest.
Shipping Via Local Delivery:
Our last local delivery drop will be on the 23rd of December. We will do our best to make sure we deliver every order placed by this date, however it is best to put orders in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
We will then resume delivering locally on the 29th and 30th of December before shutting on the 31st and 1st of January. Local deliveries are then back to normal from Friday the 2nd of January for 2026.
