Frequently Asked Questions regarding our Lunar Subscription
Q - What/how many beers will I receive?
A - You will receive between 3-5 fresh releases (depending on the style/value) alongside your bottle of Lunar BA Stout.
Q - How often will I receive a box?
A - You will receive a Lunar subscription box from us every 3 months.
Q - When will I receive these deliveries?
A - The first box is scheduled to be sent out w/c 16th February, you will receive a shipping alert from DPD when it's on the way. Subsequent subscription boxes with be dispatched in the following weeks:

Q - Can I change the date this box will be delivered if I am away/unable to receive delivery?
A - Yes, no problem. Email us at info@trackbrewing.co and we can arrange a delivery date to suit you best.
Q - When will I be charged?
A - Payment will be taken the week before dispatch on the following dates:
- Monday 9th February
- Monday 4th May
- Monday 20th July
- Monday 12th October
Q - How do I claim my taproom/online webshop discount?
A - We'll send you out a subscriber card in your first box which will redeem 10% off the taproom (draught only). Show your Lunar order confirmation email at the bar for now while you wait to receive this. Email us at info@trackbrewing.co for the code for 5% off the webshop.
Q - How do manage my subscription?
A - You can manage your subscription via the account login page on our website (you may need to log out of your account to do this) and select 'Manage Subscription'. Alternative click here.
