Our next collaboration with Manchester Hop Project (and fourth Fresh Hop beer of the Harvest season) marries roasty, toasty maltiness with the multidimensionality of locally grown, fresh hops. A blend of varieties brings warming noble spice, sweet dandelion and a touch of lavender, sitting on a robust malt base that hints at kola nut and freshly brewed coffee.

 

Our Method

Let settle and keep cool for at least 4 hours (Preferably 12+)

Pour without venting (it will be lively)

As the flow slows, open the vent at the top - this will allow you to pour.

Close the vent and open it when you pour your beer - close it immediately after.

THIS BEER CONTAINS LIVE YEAST SO NEEDS TO BE ALLOWED TO NATURALLY SETTLE. CONSUME WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. KEEP AT (OR AS CLOSE TO) 8°C.
